Interesting trip and photos. The regulation about having an acceptable haircut in Tirana reminds me of my husband's experience in 1971 at Checkpoint Charlie at the border of E/W Berlin.
A young border guard told him he should get his 1970s hair cut including the sideburns. Good luck with the sale of History of the Present!
Well described historical trip summary from North to South Europe. The only remark I have to professors’ choice of air travelling between Copenhagen and Stockholm, after train travel to Malmö and back to Copenhagen to fly to Stockholm. There is very convenient fast train connection from Malmö to Stockholm I think professor cares about environment and climate consequences?
